Integrating Energy – Grounding
There is a general misconception that you need to mainly focus on the upper chakras and out of the body to experience an awakening in consciousness.
Instead, the most natural and healthy integration and opening of consciousness occur when you are fully in the body, awakened in all the chakras and experiencing a deep connection to the planet. Grounding in the here and now.
We are always connected to the Universal Mind through our crown chakra, even if we are not aware of it. To invite the consciousness more fully into our being and personality mind, we need to ground the energy between heaven and earth through our physical instrument, the body.
The more energy we can let flow between the earth consciousness and our root chakra, the more we can handle in our crown chakra. Like a tree with deep and strong roots can grow a big and beautiful crown.
